This is a long overdue video for this site. In this video I explain:
1. Where I’ve been and the roller coaster of a rid I’ve been on regarding my goal of getting fit and staying fit.
2. Three things that helped me lose over 30lbs in three month and how I gained half of that back when I stopped doing them.
3. My goal of getting down to under 200lb within the next two months.
